A calculator to assess the macronutrient and micronutrient distribution across various categories of foods for a rough assessment. Disclaimer: The calculator is not accurate, it is still a work in progress since I am manually verifying the nutrient distribution through literature survey across various peer-reviewed publications and institutions.
